the problem
Farmland Loss

Farmers are facing growing challenges in sustaining their livelihoods through traditional farming, leading many to sell their land, which is often transformed into housing developments or resorts.

Farmlands are disappearing at an alarming rate due to climate extremes, rising labor costs, and other challenges.

This trend risks leading to food shortages or driving up food prices.

Pesticides and fertilizers – much of which are used to support the growth of crops for industrial animal agriculture – are often derived from fossil fuels and have had major negative impacts on biodiversity, soil and water health.

the solution
Farmsteads

Our solution is one hundred percent natural.

Our solution offers farmers free farm management services, covering labor and materials. We set up a farmstead resort on their land at no cost, with 50% of the resort’s profits shared with the farmers.

This arrangement provides a steady income for the farmer, allowing us to reforest and rejuvenate the farmland.

This model fosters a sustainable food source for both people and local wildlife.

We use syntropic agriculture methods combined with a biodynamic planting method, dedicating 50-60% of the farm to nourish wildlife, while the remaining harvest is sold at our farmers market, and supplied to local restaurants and food processing centers.

"The focus should be on small farming communities that champion sustainable practices that avoid climate-harming chemicals and protect biodiversity. These are the real solutions that are essential for cutting greenhouse gas emissions and tackling the climate crisis”
- Arnold Padilla,
the deputy executive director of Pesticide Action Network Asia Pacific
the plan
Community Farmsteads

How it scales

Our farmsteads are created and maintained by dedicated and passionate communities.

1. Our Guests Our farmstead resorts provide free accommodation and meals to anyone interested in learning about farming and planting trees daily—whether they’re here for a vacation, work, personal healing, or simply share our passion for this mission.

2. School children Each week, thousands of children join our Farming Friday program, where they learn about the importance of farming and biodiversity conservation. After all, it’s their planet to protect. During the event they plant tens of thousands of trees every week.

3. Farmers Farmers who have recently lost their farms due to climate extremes or other disasters are welcome to stay at our resort at no cost. In turn, they share their farming knowledge with aspiring farmers, students and the local community.

4. Farm workers We employ and compensate regular farm workers who are finding it increasingly challenging to secure work due to the rising loss of farmland.

Next Level Sustainability

Construction

Our resort units are constructed using panels made of recycled plastic, reclaimed steel and concrete. They are prefabricated and are minimally invasive to the planet. Our units can be assembled in a matter of weeks.

Clean Energy

We are working on generating 100% clean energy in all farmlands we manage.

This energy is then distributed free of cost to charge electric cars and portable power generators.
